Wayne Lyman Morse United State Courthouse. The Wayne L. Morse United States Courthouse in Eugene, OR, was built under the U.S. General Service Administration's Design Excellence Program and was completed in October 2006.
Lance Wyman is considered to be one of the most influential graphic designers of our time, and is credited with helping to define the field of environmental graphic design. He founded Lance Wyman Ltd. in 1979 and has focused his work primarily on branding/wayfinding systems for public environments.
The Hawke Building is the new “front door” of the University of South Australia in Adelaide, one of the country’s top universities. It houses not only the university chancellor’s offices, but the Anne & Gordon Samstung Museum of Art and the Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Library and Centre.

In this innovative concept, the second-largest retailer in the world aimed to shed its unrefined warehouse image, suitable for contractors and hard-core do-it-yourselfers, in favor of a more polished look to attract a younger, urban demographic with a “do-it-for-me” mentality and a need for complete design solutions.
The Manchester Civil Justice Centre is the largest civil court built in England in the last 100 years. The landmark 14-story building, part of a large city-center redevelopment project, was designed by Australian architects Denton Corker Marshall following an international design competition. It opened in October 2007 and achieved an “excellent” rating from the Building Research Establishment Assessment Method (BREEAM) system, similar to LEED.
