More Opportunities to Connect at 2023 BE and Xlab!

We are just one week away from 2023 SEGD Branded Environments and Xlab! You have likely heard about the events themselves and our 34 renowned thought leaders and speakers, but we wanted to share a few of the additional opportunities we have for you to participate in the week ahead.

Tours

Registered participants of Branded Environments and Xlab have the option to attend any of the incredible pre-event tours that are available throughout the day on Wednesday, November 1. There are still spots available on all four tours! These require separate registration, and transportation to and from the tour is on your own. Space is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please use this link for more information and to register for the tour(s) of your choice! (Keep in mind your travel time to each tour location).

Mix and mingle at our networking events! Each day there is an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and continue the conversation. Make sure to register for one or all of the Studio Tours on Wednesday, November 1 (details above). 

We have the Opening Mixer sponsored by Electrosonic, Nanolumens, Pixera, G&A and Moment Factory on Thursday, November 2 at 6:00-8:30 pm. It is one not to be missed after day one of Branded Environments as we get ready for day two at Xlab. Check out your participant emails for more information.

Then celebrate with us at the end of the event with the Closing Party sponsored by Daktronics on Friday, November 3 at 5:00-6:30 pm. No separate registration is required. Check out your participant emails for more information.
