Develop Your Team’s Skills at SEGD Management for Designers

Last year, SEGD surveyed the profession about their training needs. The results revealed some important observations about how the profession looks at training.

Namely, the top skills that firm leaders want their team to develop are business and project management skills. Additionally, when asked what skills will help their firm become more profitable, 75% of respondents said business and project management, followed by marketing and business development.
