SEGD Announces Educational Programming for 2017 Conference

Paul McConnell of Intersection (New York) heads the acclaimed multidisciplinary design task force.

WASHINGTON, DC—Paul McConnell,Design Director at Intersection (New York), a technology, experience design and innovation firm, will serve as Jury Chair for the 2017 SEGD Global Design Awards. He leads a team of eight celebrated designers practicing in a range of disciplines from wayfinding to interactive experiences.

New York— At a meeting last week, SEGD's  current Board of Directorscelebrated notable changes to the Board starting in 2017, including the departure of five board members, the addition of three new members and the transition of the office of Secretary/Treasurer.

WASHINGTON, DC—Experiences like museum exhibitions are evolving rapidly. People are experiencing dynamic installations inside traditional museums, within corporate and community visitor centers, inside sports venues and even on the streets of our cities. SEGD (the Society for Experiential Graphic Design) will host the wildly popular, one full-day workshop event E&E: Exhibition & Experience Design, on August 18, at the AIA headquarters building, followed by a half day of tours on August 19.
