Home.Hope! Online Art Exhibit Features Art Inspired by Time at Home

When work for Ink Lounge (Denver) owner, artist and screen printer Stuart Alden dried up due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, he reached out to artists in a similar situation to participate in an online art exhibit, each creating a work inspired by their time at home. The result is Home.Hope!, an online exhibit running through May 29, 2020. The show features 25 artists, with images screen printed by Ink Lounge and print sales directly supporting the artists and Access Gallery, a Denver nonprofit.

The Ent Center for the Arts at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Campus is a brand-new state-of-the-art performing and visual arts educational building overlooking downtown Colorado Springs and Pike’s Peak. ArtHouse Design was brought on to create a comprehensive suite of interior and exterior signage, wayfinding and donor recognition that fit the elegant, clean and simple space, but also connect to the theatrical and artistic uses of the building.

We are HSI—MSU Denver Hispanic Serving Institution Interactive Installation

At Metropolitan State University of Denver, there is a need for greater representation of the institution’s diversity, particularly in regard to the Hispanic community. In order to earn the distinction of being a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), the university must have a full-time enrollment of at least twenty-five percent Hispanic students. This designation allows the university to qualify for more grants and funding that benefit the entire student body.
