Jaime Hotz

As Associate Director of Graphic Design, Jaime oversees Luci’s team of graphic designers and illustrators. Her background in exhibition design, marketing materials, educational assets, and textile and costume design encourages her graphic design work to consider dimensionality, printing processes, color theory, and texture. Jaime spent eight years as a graphic designer and senior media designer at Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium, and worked as a graphic designer for the Chicago Shakespeare Theater as well as for a number of marketing and brand management corporations.

Carol Wade is the Senior Director of Marketing at display manufacturer Watchfire Signs.

Watchfire Signs is a manufacturer of video displays for outdoor and indoor use. As the senior director of marketing, Carol Wade manages product and channel marketing as well as the creative services team responsible for developing graphics and animation content used by customers. Carol’s team develops digital screen content for national chains such as McDonald’s and Dairy Queen, as well as a library of animations for use by any brick and mortar business.
