2025 SEGD Fellows

Ingūna Elere & Holgers Elers, Design Studio H2E

The SEGD Fellow designation—the organization’s highest honor—recognizes individuals whose work has made a profound and lasting impact on experiential design. Their work, including the SEGD Best of Show–winning Memorial to the Victims of Soviet Occupation, is renowned for its clarity, cultural depth, and emotional resonance. Their philosophy—“Life is too short to only solve for function”—has inspired designers worldwide and shaped generations of students through their roles at the Art Academy of Latvia.

Honoring Excellence Across SEGD

“These honorees collectively demonstrate how experiential design can educate, include, inform, and inspire,” said Achievement Awards Co-Chair Alan Jacobson, FSEGD. “Their work—from national code advocacy to global exhibition design—shows the extraordinary breadth and impact of our community.”
