Holland Keller
Designer, RSM Design

Holland joined the RSM Design team in 2022, shortly after graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design with a concentration in Marketing. She also has developed her skills through study abroad programs in Europe, focusing on design and art history. In her current role, Holland blends design and marketing to bring RSM’s work to the surface through website design, social media, printed publications, and video content. Her enthusiasm for marketing is energized by the opportunity to innovate across various media platforms.

Kyle Richter
Principal, RSM Design

Kyle passionately serves as a Principal and the Director of the San Clemente Office. His leadership and design vision provide direction for many of the studio’s large scale projects, providing efficient and effective guidance for the team to bring unexpected and creative solutions. His commitment to the vision is expressed through the details that enrich the project experience, such as unique solutions for paving design, added graphic texture in the project landscape or a thoughtfully designed landmark. These details are the elements that broaden the brand with richness and depth.

His focus on process also helps to align project vision with client goals through a dynamic and detail-oriented management style. He has a deep investment into every step of the process, from visioning to concepting, design development to detailing and construction to post-project follow-up.

Suzanne Schwartz
Principal, RSM Design

Founding partner Suzanne Redmond Schwartz directs, manages and inspires the RSM Design team with her infectious enthusiasm for connecting people to place. Always keeping every element on brand, the larger story is seamlessly integrated into the appropriate architectural look and feel that is customized for every project. She brings valuable insights to make tangible the transformative power of design.

Her world class experience has transformed projects from Saudi Arabia to Southern California, earning accolades and positioning RSM Design as a global leader in architectural graphic design. Suzanne has the keen ability to see and find the extraordinary in the ordinary by applying the principle that no design problem is too small or large to yield something magnificent, wherever the project may be.
