Mark Buchalter believes in the power of design to make the world a better place - be it through small innovations or radical shifts. And he believes as designers, our role is to be part anthropologist as well as artist in creating relevant human-centered solutions.

Rachel Boler is a brand designer in Gensler's Seattle office. An engaging, enthusiastic designer who is focused on goals and team collaboration, Rachel Boler has a strong sense of initiative and confidence along with an intuitive understanding of good design and graphic composition.

Rachel Boler has a Masters in Architecture from Washington State University where she undertook a project to explore her fixation with angularity and the built landscape.
