Ponce City Market Environmental Graphics and Placemaking

Ponce Upon a Time

Ponce City Market will resurrect a storied Sears Roebuck & Co. building and create a vibrant urban centerpiece for Atlanta. Environmental graphics and signage will help tell its story. Explore this and other dynamic Atlanta projects at the 2014 SEGD Conference in Atlanta June 5-7!

When Travel + Leisure magazine recently released its list of the World’s Coolest New Tourist Attractions, Atlanta’s Ponce City Market made the list even though it’s still under construction.

YOHO Clubhouse Environmental Graphics

YOHO Clubhouse Environmental Graphics

Urban + Park = Good Living

One Plus Partnership’s environmental graphics create “green living” for residents of a Hong Kong high-rise.

Residents of YOHO Midtown, one of Hong Kong’s newest luxury high-rises, love urban living but also yearn for a connection to nature—a rare experience in their crowded metropolis.

Commissioned to design the interiors for the complex’s four-story, 37,000-square-foot clubhouse/recreation center, One Plus Partnership (Hong Kong) was committed to giving them what they wanted.

National Harbor

On the Waterfront

With the help of environmental graphics, urban design, and public art, National Harbor makes a lasting mark on a blighted stretch of the Potomac.

Think of Washington, D.C., and iconic landmarks such as the Washington Monument and the White House likely come to mind. So when developer Milton Peterson of The Peterson Companies bought a barren 300-acre parcel on the banks of the Potomac just south of these historic architectural giants, he envisioned a classic rather than trendy mixed-use development that would look like it had always been there.
