Founded in 1994 by Michael Rock, Susan Sellers and Georgianna Stout, 2x4 is a global design consultancy headquartered in New York City with satellite studios in Beijing and Madrid. The focus of our work is brand strategy for cultural and commercial clients who value the power of design. We identify and clarify core institutional values and create innovative, experiential, participatory and visually-dynamic ways to engage key audiences worldwide. Our intellectual and creative conviction is that thoughtful design can make an essential contribution to every level of cultural discourse.

Who We Are:
Float4 is an award-winning studio, passionate about weaving compelling digital experiences into physical spaces to amplify their identity. As a team of versatile, like-minded individuals, we strive to redefine conventions by designing and producing site-specific interactive multimedia installations. Through each project, we have realized this emerging industry’s need for a new set of tools and have invested heavily in the development of our proprietary RealMotion platform that has become the engine powering many of our projects.

Lukas Fitze

A Swiss transplant to New York, Lukas Fitze started out in corporate advertising in Zurich, picked up the thread in New York, cutting his teeth with advertising giants such as Ogilvy & Mather, Foote, Cone & Belding, mastering the ropes of media planning, project management, and emerging digital technologies.

Tolga Tekin

Tolga Tekin is a graduate student in the Exhibition and Experience Design Master's Degree program at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He has his BFA in Industrial Design from the Marmara University in Turkey. Tolga also studied Interior Decoration and Yacht Design at the University of Genova in Italy as a European exchange student. When he was in Italy, Tolga traveled all around Europe, Sicilia through Scandinavia, and this experience gave him new perspective and helped him to increase his creativity.

Elizabeth Ward

Elizabeth Ward is a visual designer specializing in wayfinding and exhibit design at ESI Design, an innovation and experience design consultancy. She enhances design teams through development and production of presentation and project graphics. She collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams to create environmental graphics, interactive media, strategic branding and identity design, as well as print and publication design.

Leonor Montes de Oca

Leonor Montes de Oca is a Lead Experience Designer at ESI Design, an innovation and experience design consultancy. Leonor received a Master of Arts in Exhibition Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology

Leonor is responsible for the overall look and feel of the physical elements of ESI’s projects, as well as architectural coordination. She oversees the selection of materials and the configuration of spatial layouts and adjacencies.

Mathilde Lacroix

Mathilde Lacroix is a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, completing a Masters of Art in Exhibition and Experience Design. Previously, Mathilde received an education in Event Design from the École Boulle in Paris, she also participated to an Environmental Design program in Montreal.
