Karina brings a range of experience, combining both design and motion to each and every engagement. As an Associate Design Director at Work & Co, she is responsible for leading design teams and delivering delightful solutions to complex challenges for clients, including MTA, Goldman Sachs, Apple, Chase, ALDO, and Google. Hailing from Brazil, Karina began her career at Globo.com, Brazil’s largest media group. It was there she developed a passion for designing digital products. She’s also worked as a designer at Huge and Elephant on clients, including Twitter, Motorola, and Whirlpool.
Marcela Abbade is a Brazilian-Italian designer currently living in New York City. She is Associate Design Director at Work & Co, where she has worked on an array of digital products for brands such as Apple, Mailchimp, Goldman Sachs, Santander, Planned Parenthood, and the MTA. Her passion and responsibilities include leading teams, designing, and prototyping seamless digital products. Before Work & Co, she founded and worked at Hitsy D&E — a design studio focused on empowering innovative, disruptive, and creative emerging brands in Brazil.
Jackson is a passionate exhibition and digital experience design practitioner who works across multiple mediums, such as museum exhibits, games, web and mobile platforms, and retail experiences.
Dan has c.20 years’ experience leading exciting digital projects for screens and audiences of all shapes and sizes.
His work has been eased largely around broadcasting, brands and visitor experiences and usually has education at its heart.
As Head of Interactive at Centre Screen, he is currently helping museums and visitor attractions to use innovative technology to tell compelling stories, accessible to all. He leads a small team working on a variety of projects both in-house and in collaboration with partners.
Ben not only manages an array of projects as a producer, he’s also Bluecadet’s in-house expert on physical accessibility.
With experience in both creative agency and entrepreneurial settings, Ben effectively balances the needs of designers, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Outside the office, he enjoys Philadelphia’s live music scene, works with the city’s health community as an accessibility advocate, and captains the Magee Eagles wheelchair rugby team.
Marco Tempest is a frequent keynote speaker at tech conferences around the world, a Directors Fellow at the MIT Media Lab and a creative consultant at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Marco is executive director of the NYC MagicLab, a science consortium exploring illusion and digital technology. Applications include media, marketing, entertainment and the prototyping of future technologies via immersive experiences.
Svetlana Legetic was born at the very beginning of the 80s in Novi Sad, (then) Yugoslavia. She has been educated in (now) Serbia, England and finally, Savannah, Georgia where she got her Masters Degree in Architecture in the early 2000s. She soon after moved to DC, working in urban revitalization and architecture.

Hayley's interest in inclusive and engaging storytelling through the use of media and interactivity, has seen her role develop through content research and production to delivery of large-scale, complex multimedia and interactive software contracts for museum and visitor attractions worldwide, very often involved from initial consultancy and concept design through to production and final installation.
