Monica Coghlan leads the design team at Studio Joseph. She believes in the power of education outside the classroom and has pushed the office’s agenda to help expand the role of museums and other cultural organizations. Monica works with curatorial and leadership teams to expand the diversity of visitorship, engaging directly with underserved communities outside of their institutional walls.
Andrea Lipps is Associate Curator of Contemporary Design at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. She conceives, develops, and organizes major award-winning exhibitions and books, most recently Nature—Cooper Hewitt Design Triennial (2019), The Senses: Design Beyond Vision (2018), Joris Laarman Lab: Design in the Digital Age (2017), and Beauty—Cooper Hewitt Design Triennial (2016).

Carl Rhodes, Exhibit Design Director & Associate, Gallagher& Associates
Carl has been designing engaging exhibit environments since the mid 2000s and has been design lead on several large-scale projects throughout the country. With a background in traditional media and illustration, Carl now uses cutting-edge 3D computer visualization skills to develop loose ideas and shape them into tangible, memorable visitor experiences. He is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and studied in Rome and Florence, Italy.

Hayley's interest in inclusive and engaging storytelling through the use of media and interactivity, has seen her role develop through content research and production to delivery of large-scale, complex multimedia and interactive software contracts for museum and visitor attractions worldwide, very often involved from initial consultancy and concept design through to production and final installation.
