Poulin + Morris - The Natural History Museum of Utah

Poulin + Morris (New York) developed a comprehensive environmental graphic design program for The Natural History Museum of Utah in Salt Lake City. The program includes exterior and interior graphics for its public areas, galleries, cafe, museum shop, and administrative offices, as well as wayfinding, donor recognition, and code-required sign elements for the new 153,000-square-foot museum designed by Ennead Architects.

Studio SC (Seattle) created the environmental graphic design program for The University of Washington’s new Wayne Gittinger Baseball Team building. The graphics highlight individual players—both past and present—and the mechanics of baseball, through a series of large-scale images and inspirational typographic statements.

The program guides visitors through the building while interpreting the United Way’s local history, aims and achievements, donors, and impact on the community.

3M - Scotchprint® Wrap Film Series 1080

3M (St. Paul, Minn.) will showcase its 3M™ Scotchprint® Wrap Film Series 1080 for thousands of car enthusiasts at select 2012 NASCAR® races this year.

At seven events over the course of the 2012 NASCAR season, 3M Commercial Graphics will set up a demonstration area outside of the track where visitors can watch a car being customized with car wrap films from 3M. The demonstrations will showcase a variety of the film 1080’s 34 distinct combinations of colors and finishes.

Lorenc + Yoo Design

Lorenc + Yoo Design (Roswell, Ga.,) announced the opening of its Fish in the Garden project in Guangzhou
, China. Owned by China’s largest real estate developer, Vanke, the project features retail, hotel, clubhouse, and residential spaces, including high-end villas. The Lorenc+Yoo team developed overall project branding, wayfinding signage, entry features, and site sculpture.
The centerpiece of the project is an enormous fountain, visible immediately when a visitor enters the property.
