Dear SEGD Community,
After carefully monitoring the COVID-19 developments and advice of government agencies, it has become clear that it is in the best interest of our members, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers to reschedule the 2020 SEGD Conference Experience Portland.
We are focused on supporting our members through this uncertain time by providing relevant and inspirational content in formats that are responsive to the current conditions. Conference events including the Academic Summit, Achievement Awards, Global Design Awards, and Auction for Excellence will be held as virtual programs. Dates and registration information will be announced at a later date.
Looking forward to when we will meet again in person, we are excited to announce that the 2021 Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the 2022 Conference will be held in Portland, Oregon.
We ask those of you who planned to join us in Portland to consider applying your conference registration fees to upcoming programs that are being planned for 2020, or to consider donating your registration fee to the organization. We are grateful for any and all support at this time.
If you do not think you will be able to join us later this year and would like a refund, please contact Jennette Foreman directly at email@example.com or by calling 202.638.5555 before June 2, 2020. Please note that no requests for refunds will be considered after this date.
