2022 SEGD Branded Environments and Xlab Safety Plan, Effective September 2022
Updated COVID-19 Protocols: Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Not Required
The health and safety of our SEGD members and event participants is our priority. Following recent trends in the event industry, SEGD will not require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test to attend SEGD events. However, we encourage participants to get their vaccination booster and/or take a COVID-19 PCR or antigen test no more than three days prior to the start of the SEGD event to help alleviate any concern before attending the event. Please review the CDC guidelines on vaccinations for further information.
Masks
At this time, masks are optional for SEGD event gatherings.
We expect all of our participants to consider the health and well-being of fellow participants and adhere to this policy, practice good judgment, follow CDC guidelines and comply with all other rules, regulations and guidelines when traveling to the 2022 SEGD Branded Environments and Xlab events.
It is also important to note that our venue, the Museum of the Moving Image, is committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests.
Please note that attending an in-person event presents an inherent risk of exposure to communicable disease. By attending this event, you voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure from communicable disease and agree to not hold SEGD or its representatives liable for any illness or injury. You agree to follow all safety protocols issued by SEGD.
