POETIC AI_World’s biggest AI Exhibition
Artists Ferdi Alıcı and Eylul Duranagac Alıcı have created an extraordinary exhibition. The futuristic exhibition that reflects “poetic journey of AI”, in which the couple works together with 57 people is presented to the art lovers in Paris for 9 months. Istanbul based, worldwide pioneering new media studio, that has been accomplished projects in 37 different countries have created an incredible exhibition which is featured first in the field. By using machine learning and AI algorithms; we wondered about the poetic breakdown of AI and the theories that it may create from theories, articles, and books we have created about millions of lines (about 20 million) of light, physics, space, time, and the new ideas that the famous scientists who change the destiny of the world and so we have created Poetic AI solo exhibition starting with the idea of making this on a huge canvas that is been experienced in our own style.
T- SNE [t- distributed stochastic neighbor embedding] is a machine learning algorithm for visualization of high-dimensional data. Here, you can see the 3D visualization of the entire data corpus of articles and books that were – – used during the training of our recurrent neural network- – classified after converting these set of documents to a term frequency- inverse document frequency matrix.
They can see AI in a field that surrounds the theories that produce by itself. They can read it as a book and touch a physical sculpture made by 20 million lines… Our aim is to make people feel close to it by touching the data sculpture of the 20 million lines and theories made by AI in 3500 m2 with 146 projectors.
