New York Asian Film Festival
Project Vision
Founded in 2002, the New York Asian Film Festival is a multi-day event that features some of the finest films being made in the Asian film world, connecting New York’s most passionate film lovers with the most exciting films, directors and actors from Asia. The NYAFF rebrand project aims to create a new design aesthetic for the festival. The final design system pays homage to the festival’s commitment to connect the Western world with Asian film, culture and creative dialogue in the film community. Expressing this vigorous ethos through typography colors and a well-established graphic system, the identity’s color scheme nods to the festival’s energetic and contemporary spirit.
