Design with Purpose: DC Meet-Up with Murmur Ring + Empathy
SEGD is pleased to share an inspiring opportunity for our DC-area community.
On Tuesday, April 29 at 6:30 PM, join Murmur Ring and Empathy at The Square Food Hall (K Street NW) for an evening of meaningful conversation and creative connection. This casual networking event welcomes designers, artists, changemakers, and impact professionals to gather, reflect, and explore purpose-driven design.
The event will also offer a preview of Murmur Ring’s upcoming immersive design journey to Peru’s Sacred Valley, developed in collaboration with The Institute of Design. Participants will have the chance to learn more about this transformative experience, Reclaiming Value, which takes place this June and is designed to reconnect creatives with community, environment, and values-based leadership.
SEGD CEO Cybelle Jones joined Murmur Ring’s 2023 design immersion in Oaxaca and shared this reflection:
