Wendy Manning is a perceptive, accomplished leader with 21st-century innovation skills, a design approach to leadership, and a collaborative problem-solving style. As the managing principal of Demeter Strategy Design, she is the head designer, lead anthropologist, and chief strategist.

With a career that includes executive roles in marketing communications, brand management, and digital strategy and integration, Wendy brings a win-win mindset to her advisory services and her proprietary design framework. Her more than three decades of corporate experience, including The Boeing Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, enable her to provide trusted oversight to projects with complex system questions for organizations on the planning side of innovation.
