I’m at my best working alongside clients, whether testing a prototype on site or refining a wayfinding experience, where ideas become tangible and meaningful. I also focus on building strong teams and pushing work to be sharper and more impactful.

With experience across signage, digital, retail, and healthcare, I’m comfortable navigating complexity and bringing people along, even when ideas are unconventional. I believe clarity builds trust, and the best work comes from collaboration.

Outside of work, I recharge through travel, 3D puzzles, and reading in Chinese, small rituals that keep my perspective fresh.
