What I love about experience design

What I love about winter is how it stirs my inner child; one week every year, drive 10 hours to the biggest hill, are we there yet? One week at the Holiday Inn (with the good old sign), the smell of the indoor pool and the sound of pinball dings. So so far up that hill, pulling a toboggan 3 times my size, struggle up, speed down. And do it again!
