Taylor is a Member of the 2026 SEGD Board and served three years as co-chair (2016-2019) of the SEGD NYC Chapter.
Taylor Loutsis is the creative director and founder of Studio Loutsis, and the art director of AN Interior print magazine. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of branding, art direction, and the built environment, he brings together extraordinary creative talent and leads interdisciplinary teams that reimagine how stories, visuals, and spaces come to life.
His work with leading studios including 2×4 and Pentagram, combined with global experience spanning New York, San Francisco, Singapore, and Germany, gives him a broad perspective on design’s role in shaping human experience. Taylor has partnered with clients such as Apple, Arc’teryx, REX, Prada, Leslie-Lohman Museum, Guggenheim, and Snøhetta, always striving to create work with clarity and impact. He has also led initiatives with the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) while co-Chair of NY Chapter, advancing how signage, exhibition, and environmental design engage public life.
In 2026, Taylor serves on the SEGD Board of Directors and was selected as part of the Van Alen Institute’s Young Vanguards cohort, an interdisciplinary group of emerging leaders reshaping the future of design, research, and civic engagement.
Taylor holds a BSD in Graphic Design from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, teaches at Parsons, and serves as a visiting critic at SVA, Parsons, Pratt, and Rutgers.
