Founder and Director of BrandCulture and PAM, Stephen is an entrepreneur with a love for branding and wayfinding. He has 30 years’ of international experience working with blue-chip brands and public-sector organizations.

In 2003, he founded BrandCulture, collaborating on award-winning experiential design projects with leading property developers, architects and design firms. BrandCulture’s work has been acknowledged by design associations and featured in publications globally.

In 2016, Stephen launched the PAM Smart Navigation Platform, developing proprietary technologies to deliver ROI for district owners and operators. Through intelligent design and insightful data and analytics PAM’s innovative tools for experience designers, technology and marketing teams remove friction in smart city districts to connect customers to the experiences they love, improving amenity, safety and commercial outcomes.
