Hello Friend!
I’m Shelby (she/her) ,and I am a designer and creative. I completed a bachelor’s in Graphic Design in 2022, and while I have a design brain and loved it–my passion for it burned out. But I am ready to jump back in, this time in experiential design and a focus on the human experience!
My current ideas revolve around changing the future of how patrons experience art and museums. I believe that behind-the-scenes should be seen at the front to really inspire patrons. (The Harvard Art Museum collection is a great example) and I believe there is power in the interactive, sensory experiences.
I am wanting to challenge our short attention spans (as they get shorter each year) and really invite us to think and BE in the present–how can this translate to museum and art exhibitions?
