Russell Dow is a Co-Chair for the St. Louis Chapter.
Russell Dow is a Senior Experiential Designer at PGAV Destinations in St. Louis, MO where he works on destination, themed and entertainment based projects. Beyond Russell’s experience as an Experiential/Environmental Graphic Designer he is an Award winning graphic designer and Art Director in advertising, branding, packaging, product design and broadcast. Russell Dow brings his talents as a graphic designer and illustrator together with his background in Interior Architecture to create fully integrated creative solutions which connect people to place, integrating users in to the story and expanding brands reach for PGAV’s clients.
That said, I get to draw really cool stuff, create compelling visual storytelling and work with really creative people everyday!
Volunteer Activities
SEGD Chapter Co-Chair, AIGA member, Former AIGA Board member, AIGA Award winner, How International Design Award winner, Telly Award winner, Gold POPAI “OMA” winner, Urban Land Institute Award winner.
Holds a Bachelors of Interior Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has worked for companies such as Gensler, Kiku Obata & Company, Adrienne Weiss Corporation and Frankel Branded Environments in addition to PGAV Destinations.
Licensed Artwork and Illustrations have been used on products for retailers such as Pottery Barn, Target, Grandin Road, Restoration Hardware, Z Gallery and more. Licensed Artwork for wall decor has been featured in HGTV’s Divine Design with Candice Olsen, NBC’s Heroes, HBO’s Entourage and the feature films a Brave One and Magic Mike.
