26 Years in the signage industry (1998-Present). The first 20 years was spent fabricating custom signage which included Neon and architectural elements. The majority of my background is in Retail and Commercial signage. In 2018 I had an opportunity to move into part time sales/pm which was interesting, I was selling and building the signs for my clients. I made a full transition to sales and project management in 2020 which was tough, I no longer controlled the fabrication process.
