Renata Smialek

In my current role, I lead on onsite communications and wayfinding at the Tate Britain and Tate Modern galleries with a focus on optimising the welcome, inspiring visitors to explore, and building Tate’s brand.

I enjoy finding solutions to communication needs while considering: the audience, visual identity, tone of voice and practicalities of production; working with designers on signage systems and creatives from concept brief through to delivery.

MA degree in Museum Science holder and Chartered Institute of Linguists member.
