Raymundo Pavan

Raymundo Pavan is an architectural and experiential designer with over 20 years of experience working across architecture, graphics, interiors, and design strategy.

As an associate at MJMA, Ray is known for building strong connections between disciplines and leading complex, community-focused projects from ideation through design development and execution. His work spans cultural and civic spaces, exhibitions, wayfinding, branding, and pop-up experiences, with a consistent focus on clarity, placemaking, accessibility, and collaboration.

Having worked internationally in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, Ray brings a broad, interdisciplinary perspective to his practice. He is particularly interested in how integrated design can elevate public environments, where architecture, graphics, landscape, and interiors work together as a cohesive whole. Alongside his professional work, Ray is an active mentor and educator, committed to advancing experiential design and supporting the next generation of practitioners.
