Peter is a dynamic Design Manager and the Global Design Resilience Practice Area Leader for Gensler Brand. With nine combined years of experience in project management, branding, and technical sign manufacturing, he showcases a compelling portfolio of iconic EGD and signage projects – from the Pacific Northwest to Utah, Texas and New York, to India, Malaysia, Germany, Australia and beyond.

As the Global Design Resilience Practice Area Leader, Peter leads the Gensler Brand PA in sustainable brand design solutions, client advocacy, talent development, and environmentally responsible brand strategy. He is especially passionate about identifying opportunities to implement design technology tools that empower design teams to reduce and eliminate embodied carbon emissions.

Peter thoughtfully steers project teams through key milestones, methodically navigates project complexities, and always reaches the finish line with a client-first approach. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV-SP), and holds the Living Future Accreditation (LFA) from the International Living Future Institute. Additionally, he has completed his OSHA-30 Hazard Recognition Training for the Construction Industry, and is a Living Future Ambassador.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys fly fishing, thrift shopping, and cooking. He was born and raised in Ballard, and currently lives in South Park with a cat named Wallace.
