Paula Gomez

Paula is currently a Managing Partner at Modulex, where she leads the Miami Office, implementing a combination of a strong focus on design direction and business development.
Founded in 1963 by the LEGO group, Modulex has been in the signage and brand implementation business for 57 years. Our multi-national group with five factories globally and a presence in over 300 cities across 45 countries gives us infinite reach and the ability to meet our customers’ demands. We truly believe in the design-build process. We specialize in environmental graphics packages, project management, wayfinding systems, manufacturing, product sourcing, logistics, and installation.
Paula joined Modulex in 2016, bringing 18+ years of experience in Design. She is an industrial designer who began her career working for the acclaimed designers at SOTTSASS ASSOCIATI in Milan. Previously, she worked for seven years in the Signage and Exhibit Design field as a Design Director at Corferias Convention Center, a venue for local, national, and international events, and a leader in trade shows in Latin America.
She has extensive experience in the conceptualization, design strategy, and identity applied to signage, graphics, products, furniture, and interior spaces. Currently, she is working on environmental graphic projects, including wayfinding plans, exterior and interior signage, and donor recognition for museums, hospitality, and commercial buildings.
Recent projects include Aston Maritn Residences, 830 Brickell, Missoni Residences, Armani Residences, Flatiron Brickell, Frost Museum of Science, Fisher Island Terminal, Turnberry Ocean Club, Ritz Carlton at Sunny Isles, Paramount Tower, and Arte Surfside.
