Nima Gopalakrishnan is a Senior Designer at Entro in Toronto. Nima is also a co-chair for the Toronto Chapter.
As Senior Designer at Entro, Nima Gopalakrishnan’s passion towards design within the built environment stems from understanding the psychology behind the design and the means to be able to connect with the end user. The constant exposure to new subject matter and ideas, the choices that are available in presenting the same and simply being seduced by the materiality of the outcome is what she thrives on. By combining her strong knowledge of design with the commercial acumen she has acquired over the years, she is able to ensure the delivery of successful programs to clients.
Nima’s attention to detail with the logistics of projects ensures targets and deadlines are met with the highest standards. Prior to her arrival at Entro, Nima Gopalakrishnan worked at Envision, first as their Wayfinding Designer where she designed primarily for the Healthcare and Transit sectors, and then as Design Manager of Wayfinding & Strategy where she was the primary client liaison for all wayfinding projects, overseeing the design team to ensure project success from start to finish. Prior to working at Envision, Nima was a registered Architect in India working on projects ranging from residential to educational to commercial.
