Oner 35 years of experience in the Sign, Exhibit, Display and Wayfinding business. Neil is the Former President of William P. Gelberg Inc. Gelberg Signs, one of the premier sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic Regions of the US. With many local, regional and National Clients. Neil retired from Gelberg in 2023 after a successful sale and exit. Neil joined the Bitro Group team in July of 2024 to take on the role of Business Development Manager with the hope of sharing his knowledge of the industry and mentoring clients on multiple levels. Neil is also a volunteer business coach with SCORE which is affiliated with the US Small Business Administration.
