Natalie Zanecchia is an environmental graphic designer specializing in storytelling to create interpretive exhibition design, wayfinding systems, brand experiences, graphic identities, and print for museums, sports hall of fames, zoos and aquariums, universities, and non-profit clients. Combining an academic background in graphic design with professional experience in three dimensional environments, she creates innovative, content driven design solutions that speak to diverse audiences locally, nationally, and internationally. As a life long learner, she has the passion and dedication to create exhibits specifically for her clients that speak to their individual subject matter, giving her design portfolio a wide range of depth.
Prior to starting her own design studio in 2015, she previously worked at Cambridge Seven Associates and Experience Design (formerly Krent/Paffet/Carney) where she gained extensive exhibit design knowledge, fabrication expertise, and project management skills. While at these firms, her projects ranged from small projects, such as the FoLAR River Rover, to award winning projects, like the Philadelphia Children’s Zoo. She earned her BA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
Past project highlights include VueOrleans, COP26 Resilience Hub Pavilion, Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Roundhouse Aquarium, The Patriots Hall of Fame, Knock Knock Children’s Museum, and Little Caesars Arena.
