Absolutely asking the right questions. I love how might we questions, and I have the strong ability to reframe our purpose in order to get at the heart of the meaning of an endeavor, and ask the thoughtful questions that guide efforts towards that higher purpose.

What I love about design is the human centered nature of design thinking methodology especially, as well as the way it can bring meaning to everyday experiences.
Best piece of advice I've ever heard
Just show up. Being in the right environments at the right time and letting the magic of human connection follow is incredibly powerful.
