Mike Summers

Michael Summers is an environmental graphic designer with Gresham Smith and Partners, Nashville. Prior to joining Gresham Smith in 2008, he ran his own graphic design and illustration studio for more than 11 years. He also worked for 8 years as a senior graphic designer for hotel, resort, entertainment, and media company Gaylord Entertainment.
“The first 10 years of my career I was fortunate to work in the entertainment and theme park industry for Gaylord Entertainment (Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Theme park, Opryland Hotel). This was followed by 10 years of freelance design & illustration for numerous regional advertising agencies, developers and corporations. I joined GS&P in 2008 and realized I had been an Environmental Graphic Designer for the past 20 years. I was fortunate to become a member of a talented and versatile team of designers at GS&P working in the fields of healthcare, corporate design and aviation.”
