Oat Foundry is an award winning firm that designs and builds our flagship products – Split Flap and Picture Flap – for Fortune 100 companies like Google, Microsoft, and Nike and many, many others. We ship our products internationally to hotels, corporate headquarters, stadiums, bars, restaurants, dispensaries, and artists – our products are in the permanent collections of the Whitney Museum and the Chicago Institute of Contemporary Art. Oat Foundry holds multiple patents for its designs and we write our own software — creating data integrations to show and display everything from the tail numbers of landing aircraft, to a store’s most popular Shopify items, to GPT-3 AI-generated quotes – all on our beautiful, analog electromechanical installations. We built this company from nothing and are currently the foremost world supplier of this technology. We believe that digital cheapens a space — that in thinking like a scientist, building high quality always and all ways, and hiding the work, but showing the magic – our best work is ahead of us.
