María Alma Guede Piña is a Lead Visual Designer and Discipline Director for Visual Design at RAA’s New York Studio. She specializes in crafting immersive and impactful visual experiences for cultural institutions, using design to translate social issues into meaningful narratives that inspire change.

Her work at RAA includes the Obama Presidential Center, The Zekelman Holocaust Center, and Springs Preserve in Las Vegas. Other highlights include the International African American Museum and Museo Nacional de Energía y Tecnología (MUNET).

Originally from Mexico, María Alma graduated with honors from Pratt Institute, earning a B.F.A. in Communications Design with a minor in Art History.
