Lisa joined Alchemy Controls after a year of business development at Scenario. She draws on over 20 years of management experience, leading agile teams ranging from 5 – 200 members. In addition to themed and location-based entertainment, Lisa’s work has touched multiple industries including live entertainment, healthcare, education, solar electricity, and the federal government.

Themed entertainment is contributing to something so much larger than myself, with the potential to bring joy and wonder to so many people.
Best piece of advice I've ever heard
Listen well. Be kind. It’s okay to say, “I don’t know, let me find out…” Give credit to others. Lead from within, not from above.
