Among Kela’s commitment to helping organizations grow with purpose, she volunteers as the DC Design Week Executive Chair for AIGA DC, is featured in Harvard Business Review, is a member of the Fall 2023 Creative Ladder Leadership Cohort and is an Events Consultant for Adams Morgan, DC’s most eclectic neighborhood.
