Jonathan Posnett

As a Strategic Leadership Partner and Design Leader with more than 30 years of experience, my work focuses on bringing clarity to complex environments, enabling people to connect more meaningfully with the places they inhabit, and helping creative service leaders and and their teams work together more collaboratively and effectively.

For more than 30 years, I have led design and strategy initiatives across healthcare, civic and cultural institutions, education, workplace, hospitality, aviation, and transportation environments throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

My work spans wayfinding strategy and design, experiential graphic design, place branding, environmental graphic design communications, leadership advisory, and creative practice evolution. Whether guiding the experience of a major public environment or supporting leadership teams through periods of growth and change, my focus remains the same: bringing clarity to complex challenges and helping people move forward with confidence.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with organizations including the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian, Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater, Google, Goldman Sachs’ London Headquarters, Cedars-Sinai, and Singapore’s Changi International Airport.

Today, as Co-Founder and Director of Strategy & Design at Oracol, I work to create meaningful designed experiences for the our clients, and to strengthen leadership, improve alignment, guide growth for evolving and growing creative organizations.
