Jonathan is a Principal at a global design firm, where he leads the wayfinding development teams. He specializes in analyzing user behavior, circulation, and movement within some of the most complex environments worldwide. Jonathan is passionate about delivering user-centered design solutions that enhance visitor experiences through clear, intuitive navigation. He is also the author of the book The Science of Wayfinding, which will be published globally by Routledge in 2026.
