Johnny Davis

I am a storyteller. I love the idea of working with clients to develop the most compelling and immersive guest experiences on the planet. I have extensive experience concurrently guiding multiple projects through all phases of design, from concept to completion. I am energized by meeting with executives and clients to discover their unique story DNA. I get engrossed in determining each project’s specific target audience to discern what message, purpose and intended emotional response should be. Once the scope code is cracked I flourish developing each guest experience by establishing the Big Idea and its myriad of requisite set of story layers and tech integration to determine the flow and pace, serving each project’s unique need.

How is all this awesomeness achieved, you ask? By building and leading a talented team of designers, illustrators, 3D artists, script writers and graphic designers to develop the most splendiferous environments possible. I mentor the team with a well established and practiced ability to lead with my virtual pencil and trace. Illustrating each concept narrative, via hand rendering and 3D model, I focus on speed and unrivaled creativity. I demand nothing less from my team. I wrangle scale, composition, color, geometry and perspective, making them my proverbial bitch for our project.

Once the team is established, there is the unique challenge of interpreting each concept to the architects, general contractors, fabricators and installers, through all aspects of each design element. I am determined to consistently blow the doors off of each project with stunning, immersive experiences that make a lasting impression. Each visitor should leave irrevocably changed.
