He is also responsible for the planning and design of wayfinding programs for a wide range of projects from coast to coast including 15 of the top 30 airports in the United States. A published, award-winning professional, Jim has spent the past 37 years at Gresham Smith solving the most challenging wayfinding issues with proven processes and innovative ideas.
