Jessica Schrader

Jessica is a design leader at Via Collective, providing strategic direction and oversight for complex environmental graphic, signage, and wayfinding programs for public and private sector clients. She leads multidisciplinary teams across all phases of work from concept development through documentation, fabrication, and close out, bringing clarity, rigor, and accountability to large and highly coordinated projects.

Known for her decisive leadership and ability to navigate complexity, Jessica guides teams through challenging design, technical, and stakeholder driven environments. She pairs strong design judgment with disciplined project management, overseeing budgets, schedules, production, and quality control while building durable relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Prior to Via Collective, Jessica held senior roles at Entro and CVEDesign, where she led design and delivery for numerous national and international projects. Her experience across a wide range of project types strengthened her ability to mentor teams, manage risk, and drive consistent project outcomes from concept through completion.

Jessica holds a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute, where she was named a Presidential Scholar. She is an active member of SEGD, leading the SEGD’s Accessible Design Task Force and past NY Chapter Chair. She also represents the SEGD design community on the ICC A117.1 Committee, which develops the technical accessibility requirements for sites, facilities, and residential buildings.
