Jason has led PAM’s expansion in the US market for the past 5 years, working to deliver smarter, connected experiences to fans. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in customer experience software solutions, working to design and deliver better solutions that overcome the awkwardness of technology, and instead make people feel empowered.

Jason brings a broad set of skills that combine technical capability with a natural aptitude for communication. Jason’s ability to work with clients and teams to find solutions has helped him work with some of the world’s biggest brands. Jason has led the PAM team to provide digital signage and mobile navigation for the 2022 Superbowl and the upcoming Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Jason’s extensive background as a web developer and business strategist gives him the ability to communicate at a technical level both externally and internally, then translate and work with a range of project stakeholders to plan clear objectives and project solutions. Jason’s experience and understanding of major event and venue management allows him to work with clients towards manageable, successful outcomes.

While Jason spends his professional time traveling globally to create iconic environments, he’s happy at home with his family in Florida, on the golf course with his mates, or ‘back home’ in Australia enjoying the sun and surf. He also has two cats he tolerates.
