Janet Martin

Martin’s 37-year business career spanned the life of Communication Arts Inc., where she started as the receptionist and finished as its President. She was elected to the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame and recognized as a Fellow by SEGD and the Design Futures Council. She has been honored by Women Who Light the Community and received the Extraordinary Volunteer Service award from Boulder Community Health. She has served on the boards of the Boulder Chamber, Museum of Boulder, Colorado Ski Museum and CU Art Museum. Since her retirement, she has chaired the Governing Board for BCH and is currently the chair-elect for its Foundation. She was recently elected to the Barrow Neurological Institute board and splits her time between Colorado and Arizona.
