Hello, my name is Janelle Slivka, and I am an Environmental and Architectural Designer!
Member Since
January 2026
Janelle Slivka is an Environmental/Experiential Graphic/Architectural Designer whose work lives at the intersection of architecture, branding, and immersive spatial storytelling. With a background spanning environmental graphics, architecture, interiors, and exhibit design, she creates spaces where identity and environment are seamlessly integrated.
As the owner and Senior Environmental & Experiential Graphic Designer at Little Lucy Creative, Janelle leads projects from concept through installation, developing branding systems, signage & wayfinding, environmental graphics, architectural visualizations, construction and bid documents, digital experiences, and large-scale mural applications. Her work bridges 2D and 3D design, translating brand narratives into physical space through experience, material, form, light, and graphics. She has collaborated with architecture and design firms across the U.S., including extended contracts in New York City, and works with clients in retail, hospitality, workplace, residential, healthcare, education, and urban environments.
Previously, Janelle has contributed to environmental, experiential, and architectural projects at Fox Design Group, PHGD (Washington, D.C.), Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership (NYC), Koroseal, Stanley Beaman & Sears (Atlanta), Skyline Exhibits, and Axiz Group (Chicago), building deep expertise in signage and wayfinding systems, branded environments, and fabrication-ready design documentation. Her career reflects a consistent focus on how people move through, understand, and emotionally connect to space. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and an advanced degree in Architecture & Environmental Design, where her graduate research explored environmental retail branding. She also is working towards a Master of Architecture which will be completed in December of 2026. She hopes to become a licensed Architect and blend branded spaces with architecture. Her multidisciplinary skill set spans architectural software, visualization, motion, UX, and graphic systems, allowing her to design holistically across physical and digital touchpoints. She is an active member of SEGD, AIGA, and AIAS, and remains passionate about the evolving role of experiential design in shaping meaningful human experiences.
