Fran Terry brings almost 3 decades of experience in branding and environmental graphic programs, from pre-design to completion and sign off. She is a proven project manager, a skilled troubleshooter and an invaluable designer to any team.
Fran’s roles have ranged from initial contact through strategy development, design concept to quality control and final sign off. Her steady presence and coordination keeps projects on schedule and on strategy, with clients and teammates smiling.
She has designed and developed programs for the Seattle VA Medical Center, Seattle City Light’s Boundary Hydroelectric Project, Seattle Children’s Hospital, University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center, The Everett Clinic, Seattle Housing Authority, Metro Parks Tacoma, and the Washington State Convention Center.
Her work has won awards and recognition from SEGD, AIGA (Re)design Awards, AIA,
Fox River Paper, Print, Graphis (gold and silver awards), and Rockport Books. She has been a Workshop Leader and Speaker at professional seminars for Congress for the New Urbanism, and SEGD’s Donor Recognition and Story Walls.
Professional Affiliations include the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).
She has worked at Michael Courtney Design, Lehrman Cameron Studio LLC, Studio SC, Widmeyer Design, Illium Associates and Patricia Bruning Design.
Fran Terry earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the California College of the Arts and a Certificate in Design Firm Leadership and Management from the University of Washington.
