Carrie has over 10 years of experience specializing in the planning, design, and implementation of visitor spaces including museum experiences, visitor centers, and branded environments. Carrie collaborates with clients and all stakeholders, using her multifaceted dimensional approach and strong attention to detail to conceive, develop, and realize spatial designs that support the visitor experience. Carrie’s background in architecture and her somewhat belated discovery of graphic design in her final year of school combine naturally in her professional passion for exhibit and experiential design. Carrie has designed and led more than thirty unique projects, collaborating directly with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, media producers, programmers, writers, and curators.
Some of Carrie’s projects and clients include the Carnegie Science Center, the Waukegan Carnegie Center, the Kentucky High School Basketball Hall of Fame, Delta Blues Museum, the Kentucky Derby Museum, and visitor centers for science and technology organizations including Abbott Laboratories, Xylem, Fetzer, and the Atlantic County Utilities Authority.
